Hello, we are Aris and Crystal Mantalvanos, the home owners of this property in the town of Kill Devil Hills – OBX. We visited the area back a few years ago and fell in love with it. It was a dream that one day we would be owners here. In winter 2014, we visited with the intention of having a look at some property we could share with others. There were a couple of properties we saw that day and had a choice to make. As we sat at the local Dunkin Donuts, pondering the pros and cons, it became more clear that it was something worthwhile trying. M Villa OBX was born! This is what used to imagine and now share it with you.

Our OBX Life

On the ocean side of town, our villa is centrally located to everything. The location “between the highways” is key. Spend an early morning with coffee on the balcony getting a deep breath of fresh ocean air. Take a walk down to the beach for some quiet morning time collecting shells or look out at the water to catch a glimpse of seagulls and dolphins. We enjoy the fresh and local seafood cuisine. The two of us love our spot on the Outer Banks and are so grateful to have a second home in this location. Ultimately, it is our goal to provide a wonderful vacation home for you to enjoy.
