Condo is perfect size for 1-4 people if you don’t need much space. It is a short walk to the beach public access so you may to bring a cart to transport your beach gear. Burger place next door has live music until 10pm so you can just listen from bedroom balcony. Short car or bike ride to a variety of good seafood restaurants. Host was extremely communicative.
